For the reason that certain property is held by myself and wife in joint tenancy, and much of such property was from my property, I give and bequieath to my wife the household furniture and household effects and the $1000 held by me in stock in Wisconsin Poweer and Light Company, as her part of my property. The Schultz mortgage on property in the Town of Fox Lake, or any renewal thereof, will go to my wife, if she survives me. The homestead property in the Village of Fox Lake will go to my wife, if she survives me. 3. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, of every kind nature and description, wherever and however allunted, I give, devise and bequeath as follows: (1) To my daughter, Anna Bolle, one-third part thereof; (2) To my daughter, Lizzie Weber, one-third part thereof; (3) To my son's wife, Mable Riedelbauch two-fifteenths part thereof, and to the children of my deceased son, Ernest Riedelbauch, three-fiftheenths part thereof (share and share alike), intending to thus give to the widow and children of my deceased son, Ernest Riedelbauch a total of one-third part thereof. 4. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son-in-lawsCharles F. Bolle, of Watertown, Wisconsin, sole executor of this my will, and request that no bonds be required of him, as such executor. 5.
