- HODGSON JOHN NORMAN - At Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Saturday, June 29, 1963. John Norman Hodgson in his 69th year, of 199 Grange St. Guelph, husband of the late Annie Maude Kennedy, beloved father of Mrs Douglas Drew (Ruby) of Angus, John L. of Guelph and Mrs Stan Paskevich (Barbara) of Calgary. resting at the McIntyre and Wilkie Funeral Home 1 Delhi St (after 2 p.m Sunday ) where service will be held on Tuesday, July 2 at 3p.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will be a the funeral home Sunday and Monday evenings 7 to 9 and Sunday afternoon 2 to 4. Note: John Norman was a twin. His twin sister was Nora Jane Hodgson. They were delivered by Dr. Lowry. Nora went on at age 16, on 01 Mar 1911 to marry, 23 year old William George Wallace, a labourer from Guelph - the marriage certificate notes her parents written consent. He is 22 years old and lists his occupation as farmer and his residence as the Waverly Hotel in Weyburn, Sask. He lists his next of kin as his mother, Mrs. Matthew Hodgson, of RR 7, Guelph, Ontario. The physical description given is 22 year old, 6 ft ½ inch tall, dark complexion, light brown eyes, black hair. Faith is Methodist.
