    • Robert appears in the family photos of his sister Annie Pearl Kennedy Jackson at their homestead in Fort Williams. He was on the fateful hunting trip when his younger brother David accidentally shot and killed their brother-in-law, Alfred Jackson Enlisted in the Canadian Army on 13 Sept 1915 in Arthur [Source: Attestation Papers, No. 439763]. He was not married and listed his sister, Mrs. A. Jackson, as his next of kin. Her address is given as Rooslyn Village, Ontario. Robert listed his occupation as brick layer and his faith as Baptist.
