| Notes |
- Benjamin Franklin Hooper also fought in the Civil War (possibly) and the Indian War in Southern Utah. Benjamin and his wife Margaret had three children; Sarah Elizabeth, John Wesley and Margaret May. Benjamin was a road supervisor, he supervised and surveyed the old road to the Craters of the Moon, and he also farmed and ran a saw mill in Alder Creek, Idaho. Alder Creek was located between Mackey and Darlington. He and his wife also ran a stage station at Lost River for about three years. Both he and his wife are buried in the Blackfoot Cemetery. Benjamin died in Blackfoot and was 93 years old. His daughter May raised cattle in the Lost River area and was a cowgirl.
