So shall it be with my father: he shall be
called a prince over his posterity, holding
the keys of the patriarchal priesthood over the kingdom of God on earth, even the Church
of the Latter Day Saints, and he shall sit in the general assembly of patriarchs, even in
council with the Ancient of Days when he shall sit and all the patriarchs with him and shall
enjoy his right and authority under the direction of the Ancient of Days.

    • The Howison's owned a farm on the 11th Concession in Egremont Twp. The 1865-6 Directory for Egremont Twp, Grey Co. shows that the farm was on Lot 8. This farm was later sold to Middleton's brother, Martin Kennedy. He owned the farm until his death in March 1912 when on the instructions in his will the farms were sold and the assets split between his four surviving children. Lot 8 is currently owned my Ms Lily Steele of Holstein, Ontario - she has not responded to our inquiry about the history of the farm.
