So shall it be with my father: he shall be
called a prince over his posterity, holding
the keys of the patriarchal priesthood over the kingdom of God on earth, even the Church
of the Latter Day Saints, and he shall sit in the general assembly of patriarchs, even in
council with the Ancient of Days when he shall sit and all the patriarchs with him and shall
enjoy his right and authority under the direction of the Ancient of Days.

  • Notes
    • He died on 1 Mar. 1568—not, as is stated in many works on Gloucestershire, in 1586: contemporary references to ‘Sir Thomas Throckmorton’ between 1568 and his son’s knighting in 1574 were made in error. He was buried in the church at Tortworth where a monument was erected to his memory.

Symon Throckmorton - was born in 1495 in Southelham, Suffolk, England and died on 12 Jul 1527 . He was the son of John Throckmorton and Jane Baynard.
Symon married Ann Lowth. Ann was born about 1499, lived in Castle Heddingham Essex, England. She was the daughter of Edmund Lowth and Edith Stukley. She died about 1577 Children:
Lionel Throckmorton was born in 1525 in Southelham, Suffolk, England and died after 1599 in England
Simon's will was dated 14 August 1576, and was proved at Beccles, 7 December 1577, by executor Lionel Throckmorton, his son. There exists a memorial brass for Simon Throckmorton in the church of Earsham in Norfolk, England.
Ancestral Roots Line 208; Magna Charta Line 117: Blood Royal Vol. 3 pg. 142: vol. 5 pg 1011. History of the Irish Race Family History Center, SLC; Genealogy of British Royalty.
Sandra Heath Burridge did research using the above books. She found that through Anne Lowth (wife of Symond Throckmorton) there is an ancestral line which goes back to Scotland and Ireland. This line goes back to Kenneth I MacAlpin, King of Picts and Scots. He was the first King of Scotland 848.
Ancestry from Kenneth I goes back through a long line of Scotch Kings to the Irish Kings which preceded them to the High Kings of Ancient Ireland who go back to 1600 BC. Heremon, the first King of Ireland married Princess Tea Tephi, daughter of King Zedekiah of Israel whose entire male line was destroyed. She was brought to Spain by her uncle, the Prophet Jeremiah and his scribe, Baruch where she married the Milesian King, Heremon. King Zedekiah was descended from King Rehoboam, who was descended from King Solomon, the son of King David, the Psalmist.
