She was an English noblewoman.
Her father has hanged when she was only 12 years old for treason by orders of King Edward II. Her mother was arrested for refusing Queen Isabella admittance to Lees castle where Lord Badlesmere held the post of castellan. Her mother remained imprisioned in the Tower of London until 1322.
She was first married (according to Wikipedia) to Robert FitzPayn and then John de Vere the 7th Earl of Oxford. She then became the Countess of Oxford. It says they had 7 children.
