      14. ELIZABETH PIGOTT, married [Dr.] JOHN LLOYD AP DAVID LLOYD, D.C.L., Judge of the Admiralty, Advocate of the Canterbury Court of Arches, London. He was born in 1533, and received three degrees at Oxford University, namely B.A., 1542, B.C.L., 1554, and D.C.L., 1565. He was Fellow of All Souls' College, Oxford; also an original Fellow of Jesus College, Oxford, 1571. He was appointed Dean of St. Asaph 4 April 1559 (deprived 3 Nov. following). His wife, Elizabeth, died testate 12 Dec. 1590. [Dr.] JOHN LLOYD died 20 Feb. 1607/8. He left a will proved 30 May 1608 (P.C.C. 31 Windebanck). He and his wife were buried in the Minster at Chester Cathedral.
