So shall it be with my father: he shall be
called a prince over his posterity, holding
the keys of the patriarchal priesthood over the kingdom of God on earth, even the Church
of the Latter Day Saints, and he shall sit in the general assembly of patriarchs, even in
council with the Ancient of Days when he shall sit and all the patriarchs with him and shall
enjoy his right and authority under the direction of the Ancient of Days.

  • Notes
    • Gladys married Walter de Windsor. He was the son of "Dominus Otho" an Italian who settled in England in 1057, and established an estate at Windsor. He was a friend and beneficiary of Edward the Confessor. William the Conqueror left Walter in possession of his father's estates, which was unusual. It is likely that Gwaldys, his wife, and his children when young, lived in Wallingford, rather than on any one of his manors, where life would have been far less comfortable. None of their sons showed any disposition towards manorial life, and it is likely that manors were under the control of bailiffs appointed by Walter. Walter was married to Gwladys, the daughter of Rhiwallon ap Cynvyn, one of the Welsh princes. They had four children: William de Windsor, the eldest, Gerald de Windsor, Robert de Windsor, and their only daughter, Delicia.
