    Text Par. 3. That the said defendant regardless of his marital duties and obligations has wholly failed to provide for plaintiff's needs, and that on or about October 13, 1908 the said defendant willfully deserted plaintiff without cause on her part, and has ever since absented himself from her and that his present whereabouts is unknown to plaintiff.
    Par. 4. That one child is the issue of said marriage, to-wit; George Herold Pitts, aged about 2 years.
